As you all get ready to face another school year do not let the cares of this world or the enemy steal your joy and cause you to miss out on all the new things God has in store for you this year.

The Bible give us clear instructions on what to do when the cares of this world start to build up in our mind or all around us. 1 Peter 5:7 (AMP) says,

“Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.”

No matter how big or small the cares may be, the Lord desires for us to cast them upon Him so He can deal with them instead of us worrying about them. The Lord is always watching you and never takes His eyes off of you. His desire is to help you through every situation and struggle you have.  So before you go to school this week, give Him all your cares so that you can focus on all the good God has planned for you this year!
