As believers, we have a responsibility to regulate our reactions. How do we react when we find out people are talking about us behind our backs? How do we respond in difficult or frustrating situations? We cannot limit God by our natural senses. Instead, see through the eyes of faith. God is for us in every situation and in every setting.

What then shall we say to all these things? If God is for us, who can be [successful] against us? Romans 8:31 (AMP)
