God is always faithful to His Word and the promises in His Word. If He says it, He will do it. Although we may not have deserved God’s grace and peace, His perfect love sent His Son to die for us. Now we are able to fully accept and receive His peace, grace, forgiveness, and love. God takes His Word very seriously, and He cannot lie. Grab hold of every single promise in God’s Word!

By means of these He has bestowed on us His precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through them you may escape [by flight] from the moral decay (rottenness and corruption) that is in the world because of covetousness (lust and greed), and become sharers (partakers) of the divine nature. 2 Peter 1:4 (AMPC)
