Day 13

“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will.”

– Romans 12:2

Do not let yourself become like the world. If you live like the world, you will be beaten by its system…it’s as simple as that. So do not let the world squeeze you into its mold! Instead…“be transformed” by the entire “renewing of your mind.” Overcome the world by thinking in a new way – like God thinks. In other words, when you see something in the Bible, say “I agree with that. From now on I’m believing that instead of what I used to think.” For example, if you find yourself with ungodly friends and the conversation starts to turn into gossiping, sex, drugs, alcohol, or making fun of someone that may have different interests than you, don’t give into the temptation to join in. Rather, agree with what the Bible says and turn away from it. If you don’t know what the Bible says about that situation, open the Good Book up and find out what it says about it.

Young people, we are in the last days and Satan is coming at you with everything and anything he can to get you off track. It may seem hard to keep it all on track, but with the Word, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, you can do it!! Be an overcomer and a world changer…it is no accident you are here for such a time as this. God needs you focused on Him and His Word to be an overcomer and world changer.

Confession for today: “By my faith, I am an overcomer and a world changer.”

Remember, your words are your servants, so use them to bring change into your World!!
