Day 06 “But whoso hearkens to me (Wisdom) shall dwell securely and in confident trust and shall be quiet, without fear or dread of evil.” – Proverbs 1:33 What an amazing gift that we have as believers: access to skillful and Godly wisdom. Proverbs 2:6-7 says that “the Lord gives...
“And the Peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will protect your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
– Philippians 4:7
Peace is a very important part of our lives, and it is also a fruit of the Holy Spirit, and a gift from God. In the times we live in, you really need to call upon the Holy Spirit for His help in every troubling situation. Whether it is in school, with family, friends, or whatever bothers you, know that God promises His people a peace that surpasses all understanding. Just accept that peace and don’t question it, but instead just say thank you Jesus…I take Your Peace!
Psalms 29:11 says – “The Lord will bless His people with Peace.”
John 14:27 says – Jesus was telling His disciples about the coming of the Holy Spirit and told them, “Peace I leave with you, My Peace I give to you, not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
John 16:33 – Jesus was talking to His disciples and said, “I have told you these things so that in Me you may have Peace.” (One of Jesus’ name is Prince of Peace).
Remember – You never lose as much as when you lose your peace.
Confession for today: “In the Name of Jesus, Holy Spirit please instill in me the Peace of God for ________________ (name the situation), so that I will not be troubled by it ever again. I believe I have received the Peace of God over my life…AMEN”
